I am so HAPPY. Tried all things to get the brush out of the inside of my machine by tipping it up - nothing. I got a strong torch and could just see the bristles. Luckily there was some fluff in the bristles so caught it with a long needle to get it into a position where I could insert a pair of tweezers and pull
the brush out. Didn't cost me anything and no trip to the Machine Dr.

I even went out and bought a screwdriver. Cost me $12odd but it didn't do the job. Thought I would take a section of the case off but really didn't have to. Never mind I have a new screwdriver now.

WOW how great, you will not have to do without your machine, and no repair bills, yea!!! Sometimes we just have to step back and think a minute and confer with our friends to come up with a good idea.

P.S. thank goodness for fluff! LOL

Now you can get back to embroidering and the best part is it didn't cost you a cent. I know next time you will be more careful. I broke a needle and grabbed it with a tweezer and it popped right out of my grip. Lost the needle and was worried but when I removed the hoop and fabric there it was.

It was the thought of taking my machine away and he works so it wouldn't be until tea time. then waiting and costing me money. So glad I fixed it.

What a big relief to get the brush out. It's so inconvenient to have to go to the repair shop.

That is for sure. I wonder how much I would have had to pay if the machine went to the Dr.

Fantastic! Like you I will do everything possible to prevent a trip to the Machine Dr. I have found a small high powered flashlight is one of the best tools to have right here by my machine/Lillian

My Machine acted up and I could not figure out what happened I took it to the shop and left it a couple of days later he called and said it was ready when I went to pick it up my bobbin was in wrong Made me so mad at my sekf but I did not feel so bad my friend came over to see if she could fix it and she did not catch it either.
