So sorry to hear you have lost all your designs - I had the same happen to me about 4 years ago and i was devastated - my husband is an IT person - that sure helped - hehehe. It takes thousands of hours and hard work to try and retrieve (find dsigns again). I sympathise * 4U

Oh Sandra, you heart must have sunk when they told you. I thought I lost all mine for a bit, once - I couldn't stop thinking about all the money that went down the drain, then I got a call and they told me that they were able to recover them - I was so thrilled - I almost jump up and down as I did when I was a kid. Sorry to hear that you lost all of your stuff. Yes, backing up designs and all computer materials is a must. It should be done often since we collect so many designs.

Learn by other's mistakes --- I bought myself a new DVD writer (the one in my computer stopped working) and also bought a iomega external hard drive. Busily setting everything up and ready for back-up..sorry you lost everything sandra...Had a great Mother's Day thank you hope you did too...Hugs *4U
