I see you picked up some Okra today, Carolyn...you are the best customer at the Farmers Market!! It looks good enough to eat (if I ate it...LOL)

It's so good if you know how to cook it. I dice it in about half inch pieces, dredge it in seasoned corn meal and fry it in a bit of oil. It's so sweet. And not the least bit "slimy". Also stew it with some canned tomatoes then add canned corn. It's super good.
