I've made(1)Pillowcase dress today and I have another one cut out in the same fabric but with the base being the tan fabric. I think I'll send these on to Jan for Uganda. Love and blessings Chris

Just Gorgeous Chris! I love the fabric. I guess I won't be sewing for a while, I just sliced the top off my left thumb, I KNEW I should have gone straight downstairs to sew and not bothered about preparing the veggies for dinner first!!!!

You might want to get a set of those shark gloves. Looked them up and found this link on the cutting gloves. http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=slicing+glove&tag=googhydr-20&index=garden&hvadid=3051892121&hvpos=1t3&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=66219594380129117&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&ref=pd_sl_70vu6yjxcy_b

That's funny I did something similar last night - the top of my left thumb got caught when I was removing the bamix from some mixture and I had my finger still on the pulse button. Just caught it no blood but a small cut. Love Chris

Those blades are very sharp. We were entertaining when I took a chunk out of my finger. It didn't bleed at first but then non stop for 3 hours.

You won't believe, last night I was sharpening my rotary cutter blade and I was SOOO careful not to cut myself!!!!! Then today..... slicing veggies Aaaargh! LOL!

Take care-Ouch

My dad gave me a knife sharpening stone and showed me how to sharpen my knifes. He said the sharper they are the less likely they are to cut you. Haw. lol
by meganne 31 Mar 2012
Yeah, right! LOL!!! My knives have just re-honed by the professional Sharpener, so not only are they razor sharp, they also look good!!!! Just wonderful to slice fingers with. hahahahaha!!!

OOOwie! Ouchie! Don't do that, ladies! It makes me shiver just to think about all these sharp things!

The prints are prefect for the orphans. The link I left for Meganne didn't work so I added it here. We have a friend that is a butcher and they use them when around the extremely sharp knifes and machines.

Thanks Anita I thought so too! I'm putting the second one in here too. It's the same but different base!
Those gloves are great our butcher wears them - look like chainmail! Love Chris
