Help, someone please help me this pic is turned wrong if you tilt u'r head to left would it would look right. I have sewn in zipper was wondering if in right and on next step how it fabric lays on the right hand side of zip.Hope this makes sense. I am trying to make Sues sewing bag.

It's alright so far but you could have positioned the zip pull further down towards you as you sit at your machine. You have plenty of spare length the other end and the stitching is a little close to the metal pull. The narrower piece of fabric for the top of bag (left side of zip) is placed, face down, on the bottom (right side of zip with the raw,long edge in line with the left side of the zip,covering the zip. Stitch the next line of stitches (left of zip) lift foot and ease fabric under the foot,showing right side of fabric and covering stitching line. Do the same on the bottom of the bag in the opposite way. EASE ZIP PULL TO CENTRE OF ZIP. ( Half open) Then place the back piece of fabric face down on the top and stitch down. Remove, trim, turn through etc.
