Could you ladies provide me with some good embroidery supplies stores links? I usually get my supplies from Joann but the store close to me is a not a superstore and the variety is not to much.

adelmarie, have you looked through the bookmark section? I bet if you went to the tag side - you might see supplies - check it out. In the meantime - you can always shop at Shopper's Rule - that is a great site for supplies.

I don't think my response will help you much unless you would like to come out to South Africa for a visit and then I could take you shopping!!! *4U

I buy my threads supply at Ebay. I add the link. It is a store, the quality of the threads are really good. And I will try to buy stabilizer from Ebay too but not yet. I have the same problem. I bought some stuff at Walmart too but they don't have to much. Flower and XoXo

adelmarie, I too am in Ga, the north end of the state, but I still purchase online lots of things. I also call Atlanta Sewing Center (Marietta) and they will ship me whatever I want the same day. Below is the link for online purchases.;)

I can't begin to tell you how many things I've gotten from ebay. All sorts of threads, patterns, just about everything. I to go to JoAnns, especially when they have a big sale. Got a whole bolt of stablizer for 60 cents a yard, but think you can get it even cheaper at 'thread art'. Have fun, be careful it's awfully addictive.
