I am sitting at the computer, engrossed in what I am doing, and Lee ow Lee, has just leapt up here and given me some love..guess she is feeling a bit neglected. While I was loving her back,I wondered about the cuties' kitties. Are they all home safe and sound, gaining strength, holding on? Our bond of 17 years has generated so much love that we would like to send some your way too. Hugs and Blessings, meows and purrs, Christine and Lee ow Lee, (full name Cleopatra, Queen of everything, not just the Nile)

What a sweet & loving message from you & the animal kingdom......there is nothing like the bond of human & pet......Sammi was sharing my chair while I was embroidering a shirt........it's a wonderful thing!!

With cats Sammy probably thought he was sharing his chair.

Snap, Crackle and Pop are enjoying basking in the March sun on our gated deck. They love when it is finally warm enough to go outside again! When Crackle was little she wouldn't leave my sewing machine alone. Here is a picture of her. Her real name is Jenny Lee Fire Crackle. Isn't she sweet?

Just come back from the vet. Snap, my ginger cat, has a swollen leg and can't stand on it. They needed 3 pairs of hands to control her ( she is not called snap for nothing). They think it might be an insect bite. They have given her painkillers and antibiotica. Now I have to keep her in for a few days. She is hissing and spitting. But it is all for her good although you wouldn't guesse that with her reaction.

Poor Snap. I hope she feels better soon. I have a Snap too, only he's a boy. I love Ginger cats too :-)

Oh, my goodness.....these babies are fierce when they feel threatened aren't they? I hope her recovery is quick...for both your sakes.......

We have an advert running here at the moment, with a dog being taken to the vet, fighting every inch. The punch line: a half hour visit to the vet for humans, is an awful long time in doggy years. And we all know cats they don't have those nine lives for naught..hope she is better soon.

I afraid Gandalf had his dinner on Wed & hasn't been seen since. We have asked all the people who live in our street as well as the ones who live over the back fence,no one has seen him since then. The pound has been informed & they have activated his chip as missing so if anyone scans him ,he can not be given to any but me.I know from personal experience you are reluctant to take a strange cat in the car to the vet to be scanned until you are satisfied its lost & no one has advertise it as lost. Have put up lost notices on the telegraph poles around our place.

We have 3 cats now. Two Siamese, Buster is a lilac ans Blue is a seal point. We also have a black stray someone dropped off and we call him Boomer. Seems he is always knocking something over and breaking it. But we love them all.
