Hi cuties, I bought an embroidery collectables membership. But I can't dowload any designs. Any ideas why I can't download any & if others are having the same problem with the site.

it says downloads will be availiable in your account as soon as payment is received. You may have to contact them during business hours mon-fri.

Just curious how this works? With membership I can download any of the designs that are for sale for free? Is that right? The membership page confused me.

One of the things I read on their site is that the membership designs are different from the ones for sale. Could that be the problem?
