Question of the Day: I have to wonder with regards to the questions of this weekend if you think the "borrowers" involved in our lives are actually mean or are they just unaware that they are being sew rude? Are they like this in other areas of their life or was it just a one-off?

I think most have good intentions and like everything else in today's world, there are always a few who think only of their needs, abuse this priviledge and need to be told NO when they screw up,
my opinion for what itis worth.

In my case, since I have been looking at it from a different perspective(as recommended by another cutie) I don't think that she meant to hurt my feelings, I think there were other things going on at the time & she expressed her dissappointment with everything else & I was there to receive it!It was a shock to me never the less! I want to thank you all for helping me change the way I was looking at this situation & ask if maybe the same might hold water for yours?

PS. She is still very much a part of my life & for that I am eternally grateful, she has been a ROCK through my surgery & even my dh has said the same! It's time for me to let it go!

Some of the borrowers I would think are not as a general rule rude, but sometimes just don't think!

"Open mouth, insert foot", guess we all have those moments. If someone was always that way they wouldn't be a friend. Family, well can't do much about that, LOL. Have a better weekend!
