I made this little dress for a friend to take to her GD in Thailand.
No embroidery, I felt the material was a bit too 'busy' and any embroidery would be lost on it. I did use the scraps to make a bag for TicTacToe and there is embroidery in that. Hope you like it.

I enjoyed doing it. My gds are all to old for this material and I really wanted to use it for a little girl. Have had it in the draw for years.

About a year ago I used a lovely piece of black velvet my mother had given me that she had left over from an evening dress she made in the '30s. I have all sorts of bits in my collection.
