I purchased a cute membership but am having trouble finding oout how it works. I don't seem to have access to any free designs or does it just allow you to purchase designs from this site.

Would appreciate any help girls and guys

If you bought Cute Embroidery then you can get everything free here. Not Cute alphabets or the other sister sites. When you want a design do not put it in the cart. There is another spot to click for paying members right near the cart spot.

If the free download for members doesn't work then there is a problem with your membership and you need to contact the owner. Contact us is at the bottom of the page.

Click on the green download button and it will take you to the page where you can download the format you need :-) Everyone makes this same mistake!

Thank-you for asking this question. I was also having problems and didn't know what I was doing wrong. I was afraid I had misunderstood. If I could give you more then 1 flower I would.

Everything is free, just do it the right way.
Click on the PICTURE of the design, NOT on "add to cart", this will bring you to a new page. Click the green button and then choose the format you need for your machine.
