Cuties,I'd like to thank you all for your sympathy,with my tenant problem,just one little misunderstanding,they haven't moved yet,they have until end of april,my nerves are jumpy,can't sleep,up at 4,30am again this morning,don't know what to expect next,just hope they leave peacefully.

Get some motion activated floodlights installed on your property. You will know when someone is messing around at night. Pepper spray on hand might not be a bad idea if they know you are home alone. Good luck and I hope it ends peacefully

I know it's a process on evicting your tenants but I sure would give them the boot for what they did to your furniture. To think there are still 27 days left in April. Is there someone you could get to stay with you till they are gone?
