Here are three mazes. The first(middle) has both sides felt - it's OK; the one on the left has a layer of cotton over a layer of felt and felt back - to thick; the third on the right has felt back and cotton front and is just right! I do not know how I want to finish the edges, that is why extra fabric and I love the center of the prints - I called these "Marriage Marbles"!

Thank you Carolyn. I listen to all ideas! Which makes my think. I put the marble on the inside and stitched it in. I could not find my marbles - hence the post on community - then I did so the third is complete!

How do you stitch the marble in?

The third time I floated the top fabric and the last(2nd) color stitched it in!

This is great of you to do the experiment with the different fabrics. These mazes will be wonderful for little fingers or adults and you don't have to worry about losing the ball.

That is the best part, and it is a good design to use patterned fabric! Quick and easy as long as you can find your marbles!

I forgot to tell you! Very Important! These are home accent marbles, not regular marbles! These are much smaller!
