Welcome to our Cute family. Sorry you are having problems. People are probably reading you wrong thinking you mean cute designs, not designs by sick. All you have to do is under the free design of the hour or day, is to click on "Free Download" then in the pop up window click save to whatever folder you want. It is PES format by default. For the Hourly Free Hunt, you have to hunt up the design then download it. NOW, did that help? Hope so. *4U ><>
