I'm off to the dawn church service on our local beach at 6.00am and then onto Church later at 9.30am. All the family will be coming over for lunch from 12.30 onwards till well after 3.30 and then we have another feed. The grandchildren will have an Easter egg hunt in the garden. Thankfully the weather is great for Barbecueing! Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Love and blessings Chris. Christ is Risen!!!!

We do not celebrate Easter. When my daughter was young we pretened that Easter bunny passed by and hide chocolate eggs which see needed to seek. She is now 16, so that's story is over now. Do have to go to church on monday 'cos one of my colleguas'mother died and then the funderal is held.

Happy Easter to you! Easter Vigil Mass at 8:00 tonight with 9:30 Easter Morning Mass. I am in the Choir and we sing both Masses. I love our Easter Vigil service with Starting the fire and out side on the Steps of our church. The New Easter Candle is lit and all parishioners are carrying candles into a dark church, that were lit from the Easter Candle. I usually am one of the Choir members who goes around and lights all the other candles in the
church. After Mass in the morning we will go to our sons home and have a big maple glazed ham dinner. I cook the ham and the kids share the rest of the meal. After a noon meal we have an Easter egg hunt for the grand kids. The afternoon is filled with stories, laughter and games.

I think the reason that I have asked this question is I myself am sew very very grateful to have survived having the brain tumor surgery! I think that I have come to appreciate all the wonderful blessings that I have in my life!It has CHANGED ME! My PERSPECTIVE has changed: where I am sitting @ home alone or I have some wonderful free time where I get to "visit" my cute "family" & say hello to people from all over the world! what an amazing gift!

I am greatful for all my blessings...staring with my wonderful family. I am lucky enough to be able to spend the day with them. The little ones make the day even more special because of their innocence and belief in the Easter Bunny. They are still to young to understand the religious importance but this will come in time. Easter Blessings to all my wonderful Cute family.
