Ring cushion. I have made this from some gold mesh fabric that I have. There was no plan apart from ending up with a ring cushion so it evolved as it went along. As the information I have about the wedding was vague this is what has been produced. The font is Edwardian Script and the bird is one I have produced. Sadly the photo doesnot show the gold very well Thanks for looking.

Very nice, I too have make a ring cushion for this fall been playing around with the idea but haven't decided exactly what to do. I have till October, but with my luck it will sneak up on me.

Thanks Yvonne, they loved it. Somewhere there is a bit saying that the building they got married in was built by Isaac Merrit Singer of Singer sewing machines. There was a small museum of treadle machines

This is beautiful and does look nicer in the close-up. I did the embroidery on a doily for someone else to finish into a ring cushion recently. I should put it up as well.
