I purchased my last month from Secrets of embroidery and everyhting went fine.Installation depends on your computer 32 or 64bits

if you shop wisely you can also pick up free sets and get enough points to then purchase something for free.. i did this and got the iconizer for free which in my opinion is one of the best bits..
also I got font engine as this will turn any true type font into stitch although some work better then others..

I got mine from Secrets Of in Jan, 12. and I still do not have it up and running. Of course, I have been sick much of the time. I also got Studio 6 and am anxious to learn to digitize. Hugs, Judy

Secretsofembroidery, no problems with it at all, love the program♥

I purchased mine directly from the official Embird website two years ago. I have had no problems and it has been reinstalled twice for new laptop. Only problem I have had is with the Windows 7 and 64 bit computer...there is some glitch and the computer will shut down spiratically and it is the Embird program that causes some problem. There are several comments about 64 bit compatibility on the site itself..still haven't figured it out totally...

Three years ago, I have purchased Embird, basic program plus the Iconizer from the Embird website. I had no problems with paying by credit card and installation. Also, I have downloaded the upgraded program recently, free of charge, without any problems, same with installation. I have Windows 7 and 64 bit computer. The Iconizer has a problem with 64 bit system and the Embird people are working on it (they have written so in their site). There are no problems with the program itself, I am using Embird every day, and loving it!

I wish they had a package deal, but they don't. I want the Embird and Font. Then go to the Designing program. I have been thinking of this program for a year. What I want to do is a program like a canvas where I can put several designs on it and arrange them in a picture form for a quilt or bag etc. I don't want to print out each design and put them on the table to see if I like the arrangement before I stitch them out. I want to make sure the designs go well together. Like piecing a puzzle on the computer before I stitch it out.
