Yes my backyard looked as if it had snowed but it was hail. Of course I had just put out seedlings in my vegetable garden.

We got it preety good down here too in Southern California. The thunder was coming straight down and
and the windows shaking and it set off a car alarm.
I stayed off equipment. So far about 2.5 of much needed rain this week. As usual tons of accidents,
a gas fire and a garage on fire struck by lightning.

Fantastic picture!!! I love lightning - so scary and yet so amazingly beautiful. I hide behind the curtain and look out when we have lightning storms - but it will always amaze me. Thanks for sharing.**
