Noticed a post about a Dream Thread guide, here is pic of something I drew up and had DH put together. Nice thing is it was cheap, about $4.00 and you can make it according to the space you have. Works great, tension is fine and mine holds 6 bobbins which I can prepare for threading and then when I have many color changes, I place my other colors on top of my rack (I call it "being on deck" LOL). Cheap and easy solution for me, had the metal one and did not like it.

Isn't it amazing how simple some solutions can be if someone takes the time to think it up (or make a reasonable facsimile of another persons idea)?? I love this!! I might just have to give the general idea a try myself. Thank you for posting.

The size cones you have would cost me £15 each so I'm envious of your selection, I have one white, one red and one black in this size and lots of much smaller sizes to give me a choice. How much do you pay if you don't mind telling? Jan

Hi Jan, I pay my Maderia (larger cones),$8.00 and that around here, is a very good price. I have about 170 large bobbins and 100 small onnes.
That would be about £5.50 if that's US dollars,- only 2/3rds cheaper! Lucky you. Jan
