I have debated asking this but at the risk of sound dumb....What is a peg cozy? What are they used for? I love the patterns, just don't know how to use them. LOL

They are used as note holders,Just cut a slit in the back, insert a clothes pin and add a magnet, or use as a chip clip to hold bags closed.

Hey Bev-I use them also to clip outgoing mail on the mailbox for the mailman

no dumb question, it took me a while too, before i understood. now I found out: a peg is the same as a clothing pin for a wash line. So if i'm correct you glue a clothing pin in, and you can use it as a memoholder or something like that, to hold papers or to keep a bag closed with it. At least I hope this is the right answer. if not: please correct me !

So glad you asked. Sometimes I just follow questions to learn what it is they're talking about! With people using different words for objects, I've learned so many interesting things on this site! Pegs and pins, cozies and covers, etc. So much fun

I love the learning too, and the teasing :-) I wonder if our Aussies and Brits have different words for things too.. Like have you ever heard someone from England fixin' to cook on the barbie? It's one of the things I love about Cuties!

Yep..,.clothes pins, pegs, what ever you call them! But need to be the clip type, not the old fashioned one you just push down over the clothes & the line. NOW I'm showing my age!

Those old kind were the ones I've always heard called pegs.
lol-I always hated those push clothes gerry-they always left marks where you stretched trying to make them snug enough to hold the clothes. I don't have a clothesline anymore-no place to have one and really miss it sometimes

This is another example of nations divided by a common language, I think! Here in the UK, clothes pegs are what we use to fix washing to the washing line. (Pins have sharp points LOL.)

pegs are those things you stick IN things. Like golf pegs in the ground. Some people try to fit other people into holes, like round pegs into square holes. We don't peg laundry outside. We hang laundry outdoors on the clothesline with very plan, cold and dreary clothes pins. :-) Are you sure our Aussies and Brits speak English? :-)

I am so glad I am not the only person here who didn't know what the heck they were talking about. Now that I know, I can think of all kinds of uses for the Little Cuties. Thanks!

Still not sure what a peg cozy is - we use pegs/clothing pins on a washing line - therefore a bag or container to store them in or hooked on a washing line or am I also dumb? HaHa - So much fun at times........
