just wanted to ask is any one having problems opening designs from ann the gran i have been downloading the same way for a few years now it will download but not open the designs..

I have had some people tell me this is happening with some of my files occasionally. What format are you downloading? is it a zip file? If it is a zip did you unzip it? If you can't unzip it you may need to add the .zip extention to the end of the file, sometimes this goes missing. With my files it does it if I have spaces in the file name, but it seems to only happen on firefox and internet explorer downloads them with no problem.
