I know it's past Easter, but today is my daughter's 24th birthday, and she wanted a bunny butt cake. So here it is. Not the right color, (no food coloring) or texture (no coconut either) but it sure tasted good!

I didn't think of it--Marie Jooste posted a picture of it, and then I found the directions on the Betty Crocker site. They have such creative stuff there!

thank you. A few years ago, my youngest daughter and I took a cake decorating class together at Hobby Lobby. I'm not so good, but my daughter has found a new talent!

no, the tail is a cupcake stuck on the top of the cake, and then covered with icing. I tried to make it textured a bit, but it didn't work out so well. Here's the coolest thing--the body is baked in a mixing bowl to make it half-ball shaped.
