I have a question? I have a FSL collar design and want to make it smaller can I do this (in my software) without messing up the design I have often done this with regular design but have not tried it with FSL.

I would not advise changing the size of
FSL but Shirlene is our Cute Lace expert and could give you excellent advice on any FSL project. I'm sure she will be along to give you an answer pretty soon./Lillian

Perhaps someone knows if I can find an ex small collar in FSL I want to make it for a doll dress.

It really depends on many things. 1. what type of software you are using. 2. Most fsl designs can be reduce up to 20% 3. Also how the design was digitize. 4. You can always ask the digitizer to reduce it for you. Most will usually let you know if this can be done.
