Dress I made for my friend's granddaughter. I downloaded the pattern for the dress from patternspot.com. I added the ruffle and the rickrack. I was just using up scraps.

Thanks! This was really expensive material that I bought at a quilt shop. I just thought I needed to use the scraps and not let them just sit there taking up space. lol
