YIPPEE! Guess what I just worked out how to do after only having my sewing machine for nearly 5 years!!! I found out I can delete a pattern in my edit tab in my 4D sewing programme for my Husqvarna. Talk about chuffed with myself! And I thought you could never teach an old dog new tricks. Having this forum to ask and receive great information is just a blast! Goodnight, I'm off to bed it's 11.00pm Monday evening. Love and blessings Chris

yep, that's true..need a teacher too
That's the problem Carolyn - you never get taught enough when one buys one of these machines. Or you just feel a bit silly having to ask questions all the time. Love Chris

Yea for you! I had struggled with what I could do with 4D and found out it is for seeing, copying, cut and pasting, and deleting from the screen! I use the right mouse button and delete duplicates, bad designs, etc. Mostly I use it to cut and paste into folders as I sort (I will be sorting until I am 104 years old!). I enjoy the editing part of 4D Extra and use it all the time! LInda

Yes Linda, it's amazing what the 4D programme can do. I reckon the 5D must be even that much better! Love Chris
I have had both - the 5D is better hehehehehe:-))

Good job, just when I think I've got my machine figured out they come out with new updates for it and then I have to start over again. What kind of new machine are you getting? I just got the Diamond from Viking and I love it.
