I teach 3rd and 4th grade Sunday school, and we have about 6 boys that will be moving up to the next class at the end of May. I'd like to make them a bookmark for their Bible, but I can't find any "boyish" designs. These boys are rowdy, and are into hunting and fishing more than sports. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Jennifer, they might like the JESUS bookmarks I designed last year. They are in the hoop, and are kind of like an optical illusion. You don't actually stitch the letters of word JESUS, just the spaces in between, and it's a little tricky for them to see it at first. I made them for my grandsons. I love the age you are teaching! I looked and searched in google but I can't find my bookmark. If you send me your email, I'll send you the file in the format you need, just in case these would meet your needs. Or, I guess I could upload them again to DBC, if others might like them... Let me know :-)

And another one could be good for anyone really if you use the lightbulb design from the peg cozies. Matt.5:14 "Ye are the light of the world." or Matt.5:16 - "Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works."

Oh Yeah! That's a great idea! They would love it as a peg cozy too, and it would probably be put on the refrigerator and seen every day!

Well...just another thought....the peg cozies also have a FISH!! No need to search for a fishing lure if you don't have one.....Jan
