I did! I could just see a disaster but it worked great. I was afraid I wouldn't center it right.

Glad you found the courage to try! You just have to make sure that the CD is securely fixed within the stitching line.

I used double stitch tape since I was out of spray adhesive. It worked fine. Thanks.
