This is a little play dress I made yesterday for my youngest DGD, Amelia. She will be two on the 26th. My cell phone takes a rotten picture, but the applique color perfectly matches the little blue flowers. It was a fun project and I hope it fits.

It's so cute. I like these type of dress for little ones. As they grow taller shorts or pants underneath will extend it's use.

I like the blue bias around the bottom of the dress is it bias tape? or did you cut your own?

I made my own bias and made piping out of it, I love the look of piping between the main dress and the ruffle.
