I have had problems in the past when I have changed the name of the file before saving the download...sometimes this changes the file I have downloaded to a Mac file for Apple computers..not sure if this is what you have experienced. If I just download I get the sewing format files and I change the name later...hope this helps...

For a dst file, you need to right click on it, and choose Save Target As.

I haven't had that happen. I've d/l DST and it was ok, but I do stil change the format.

Try downloading it again and if you get the same problem, write to the company and let them know of your problem. They should be willing and able to fix it.

It happened when I downloaded from DBS. Try right click and use 'Save target as', works fine for me.
