At a guess I would say the picture was too large. That happened to me and I adjusted the size of the picture. I find a good size is 940 pixels under about 900kb's. Try again and make it a bit smaller, love and blessings Chris

I had problems as you describe and knew that my photos were not too large. I found that it was caused by security type software called NoScripts which my son installed on my computer. I find I have to 'allow' Cute to let me upload photos without any problems. Hope you can find a solution as well. Bev.

I'm sure that your photo file was too large. Try changing it to an email suitable size. ;)

Thanks everyone, I will try again. It may be my security settings as hubby just put on a new one.
