I use a sticky lint roller

Me too. I bought the economy pack from Costco - have one near both of my machines (and one in the bath for regular clothes).

A quick low heat tumble dry cycle, can remove some lint.

I put mine in the washer on delicate and if they cannot go into the dryer, hang them.
If I need them in a hurry I use a lint brush or tape.

Several ways: lint brush, put in dryer, or you could take packing tape and wrap some loosely around your fingers and then roll it over the fleece(works just like those sticky lint brushes).

I also go with the tape wrap around your fingers upside down. Hugs Marie

Tape works very well. You might also try a rubber glove to just wipe it all up together.
