Hello to all Cuties. I thought it would be good to catch you up on all that is going on with me. It has been an incredibly busy 2 months since my husband was told he was getting new orders to move us from North Dakota to New Jersey. In 5 weeks I made all of the gifts for my husband's staff and for friends we had made in the area. Then my machines went in to their favortite tech to be cleaned, repaired and declared in perfect working order. If they get damaged in the move... well I have proof they were working before the move. My husband during this time has been gone for a 3 week Temporary Duty meaning I had to do all of the leg work to get the packers and movers schedued. I have also set up all the inspections we need to go through with the house. We live on the base so have to jump through their hoops before leaving. And I have been cleaning the house and attacking clutter as well as making several donations of clothes and household items. Phew! But today I got to catch up with Cuties. Thank you to all for the birthday wishes. My, so much has been and is going on with us. The next 2 weeks will continue to be busy with all that moving entails but we are almost there. And I will have a little more time to catch up with my Cute family members.

You sure have been busy! Which base in NJ? If the weather stays like it has been for the past few days, you'll be coming into some nice.

Moved in February and the only thing I wish I had done was to make an open first kitchen box with everything needed to make the first couple meals. I'm sure you are really excited to get moved in and have the move over.

Karen, it looks like you have the hardest of the move already completed. Just mostly the saying of good-byes It's such sweet sorrow, leaving old friends, but such an adventure moving to a new place and new people to meet and learn to love. I wish I had a nice reason to clear out our house. I'm very happy through you, and glad you made it through all those hoops! Hugs, Jan

Hi Karen, I have been thinking of you and wondering how your move was going. It sounds as though you are very organized. I know you must be tired out with all the details that a move entails. Hopefully soon you will be settled. Hugs, Mary
