what program do you use to view the designs

Sometimes the colours used don't go with the colour palet your software uses, and translates it in greys. Therefore I always try to download or print the colours mentioned in the original design.

You got your answer, but it is frustrating - I have spent many hours "fixing" a design when I could not figure out what color it should have come in!

I know designs in HUS are terrible, that is what I use. So sometimes I download the pic of the design also and when a site won't allow that, I print the page off or download also in PES. When I did the pugs, you should have seen the pinks and greys and oranges I had to work with LOL. *4U ><>
