Has anyone done a lined zipped bag from one of the pay sites? I can't figure out they completely line it with no exposed seams and no extra sewing. There would be no way to turn it. It has to be impossible.

I bought the design and you can do it.. you turn the bag and stitch a small area closed..I just can't figure it out lol..The placement of the liner is where I am stuck..But it does leave a small area open in the liner for turning..

I've done the bag. It does look like it won't come out right but it actually does. There is a space left at the bottom to turn it then you do have to whip stitch it closed. I think it has a lot of steps. Just follow the picture directions step by step and you won't have any problems.

Like it says welcome to our cute family!I am lousy @ explaining things but I will give it a go: picture if you will a rectangle that is stitched all the way around EXCEPT for a small spot @ the bottom, now you have to turn this rectangle into a square & you do this by putting half of it back inside the other half! The part with the whole in it is the inside of the bag! I hope that this helps

Most of the pay sites have a "contact" section on their website - and would likely love to help you better understand the instructions. Some of them also have yahoo groups where you can ask for help too. Not sure which site you purchased from.

I did contact them and they refused to tell me. I said that I wanted to buy the design but they didn't care. I would have to purchase before it was explained. They said that there is no additional sewing required....anywhere. All in the hoop. They were actually quite rude on there response on their facebook page.
It must be a different site than the bag I did,you do have to sew the opening where it is turned.

I think Loralye explains it very well. It didn't quite make sense to me, but now it does.
