I am looking how to organize my things and wanted to know if anyone has a format (like a template) in pdf or similar where I fill with the customer's name, the design that i am going to stitch, the thread color, etc. , or if you know where can I obtain this information. Thanks.

If you have a Word or Office program on your computer you could make your own.
Or if you have Windows Office Excell program you could make one there too.
Make a template and then print off or just add information to the form on your computer then you could print it off if need be.
that way you can make it to include everything you want or need.

It's a good idea, I'll try when I have some time next week. Thanks.

Something like this?
Eastwitch2 is correct you can make forms with word/office fairly easy and with drop down boxes. I should work on a template for you all...maybe I can do that...but I can only work on it in my space time.

I thank you so much for your help. When you have the opportunity to create the form, could you please create a space where I can put the color chart of the design? Thanks.

Darenluan, will the color chart be a jpeg? If the color chart is not a jpeg, I am not sure if you will be able to insert it into the form. Could you just type in the thread brand, the colors and numbers if any? I could put a table so you can add these things.

I need more simple, the idea is, for example: 0020-black-Isacord, 1656-christmas red-Metro, etc. Just the information, not the color image. Thanks.

Darenluan, do you have OpenOffice? It's easier to make a form in openoffice then Microsoft word. Openoffice is a free word processor that is similar to Word. I have a sample form of the one I made in openoffice that I can upload to see what you think. This maybe to small for you to see, as I could not upload a doc file and I had to save it as a jpeg.

I must have done something wrong. I saved it as a jpeg and it uploaded okay, so what did I do wrong?
The form has a place to enter the date, Name, phone number , email address, design name, insert picture of design, and a table to add thread color, thread brand and thread number.

I use a exel spread sheet and it allows me to insert pics (jpgs) of color charts as well as a pic of the design. Since my software allows me to convert any design into a jpg, I use it alot. Not sure if it will give you to actual form, but will try! Linda

Apparently it won't upload! Just put in your info on top as a header, then space for customer info, delivery date, etc. Hit insert for pics. Easy! I can e-mail you a blank if you would like! Linda
