There are two little sisters who for some reason are not in the orphanage, who would have been left out of all the surprises, and won't be getting a quilt. So, I made these two little zip bags with little surprises inside. The lining is matching fabrics from a fat quarter set. I wished I had unzipped them for the photo. Can you see the names Patience and Precious on them?

You can actually do some pretty cute ones on 4x4 hoop. If you have any cute fabrics around and a bright zipper!
