well this morning I am a bit sad as MY BRAND NEW MACHINE has to go to the sewing Doctor because it squeeks terrible & it won't read the colours properly if it says red in the little colour box beside that it will read GREEN or something like that & Just after I put in a NEW bobbin it will say a new one is required? SIGH sigh sigh
I sure hope that it comes home today too!

Don't know what kind of machine you have, but if it is brand new (less than 3 months old) the dealer should give you a new one...no questions asked...you should make sure you get a new one. Sometimes you just get a lemon. I got an Ellisimo and three weeks after I got it the machine just seized up. Back to the Dealer...he took it apart, oiled the daylights out of parts inside and got it working. Then he ordered me a new machine, told me to take my machine home and keep it until the new one came in. You deserve a new machine!

Not all dealers will do that. I personally know one in Springfield, Missouri that will not get you a new machine unless it is totally unfix-able.

Dragonflyer is absolutely right!!! Your dealer should be giving you a new machine. This is unacceptable and might cause you more problems later on. Hope you can get through this soon.****

Well he called & said it is working great except for the chirping sound he is still working on that. I called it a squeeking noise but a squeek a chirp I don't care as long as it comes back not doing either one of them!

Hope you get your Chirping sorted very soon. Terrible to be without your machine.

My machine is at the Doctor also. It does not sqeek or chirp. It will not do anything except there is safety problem. He gets back in to town today. Many machines ahead of me. Maybe I can come out and play by the end of next month. Good luck on yours. And have fun. Peg

Hope they can get it figured out for you. Don't like hearing extra noises. I put a waffle shelf liner under mine to help cushion the vibrations and noise. It does help for me.

What sort of machine is it . I know that there are people here having trouble with the new Jonome 12000. They are not happy little vegemites. Australian saying--( Wer'e Happy Little Vegemites as bright as bright can be).It is the song that has been the add for Vegemite Spread for the last 50 years and has become part of our language. There's and adjustment you have to make so it reads that there is more on the bobbin yet. I had that until I played and discovered that. If they haven't reset that part for you, I'll check and see just how you do it - it's quite easy. Just pm me.
