I would hate to be the one having to do that work! But I guess people maybe wouldn't be able to check the back or underside of it!

I don't think I have anything I love enough to drill that many holes into to embroider it.

I have embroidered on fine balsa wood. Saw that you could somewhere, so I tried it. Worked okay.

It's okay at the sites but not on the top where you sit. Think after a while the thread will chafe on the seating. And how about washing if the thread gets dirty? I have two vivid kids who love chocolate and mainly Nutella (favorite hazelnut spread ;o). Think you don't have to do everything what is possible *lol*
