This is just too, too cute. I made an apron from an over sized ladies shirt. Turned out cute. I love to recycle things too. My great-granddaughter will turn 1 in June so will be sewing for her.

What a nifty idea!! Did this come from a sleeve, or did you disassemble the shirt to make the dress? I think your shoulder straps are absolutely adorable!! Something like this would look really neat on a little boy too, if you added the snaps underneath to make it in to a shorts set. I love baby clothes.

the sleeves makes the bodice and straps, I never thought about turning into romper for boys but how cute, thanks for the thought might have a new grandson in Nov. not sure of sex yet lol
