Do you like them better with the elastic ties or do you think that I should use ribbon? DH said ribbon wasn't masculine enough? But they are bookmarks

These are great my DH asked me to put ribbon on his bookmarks for his bible he says that the ribbons make it easier to open the pages. Hug joyce
