I download all the other letters but the O. I wrote to the site that made it 3 times, no answer, then I wrote to Glenn Harris and he said he could not do anything about it.Even if I clic thousand time on the oriole, the download does not start*

I downloaded it this morning and it worked fine for me. You might try turning off any pop up blockers...once in awhile my pop up blockers will stop the down load
