It must be very frustrating for you. I hope you get to go to the show itself and not just the preview. It is an honor you have an entry in the show so I don't blame you for wanting to go see it and all the other quilts too. At least others get to see your work.

Who is taking the quilt to the show? Could you ask to hitch a ride or let them know you need one. They may have a friend in your area who is going.

Is there not even public transport you could catch to get you there? I thought coaches/buses went everywhere.

well ladies my prayers have been answered!| I know that you were praying for me & at 6:15 my daughter called & said she wanted to take me instead of going to her baseball game! I am sew thankful! & my quilt looks great all set up there & there are some beautiful quilts there too! It is on again tomorrow & sat I just couldn`t handle all the people I get very confused in crowds especially if I have to walk around & look at stuff! The stores are really bad for me! The Dr``s say that my brain hasn`t caught up with what my eyes see! But that will get better with time! it takes practice like typing LOL you would never know that I used to type all the time for work! Not if you saw me type now! all well I get better everyday!Thank you all for your support!
