No it has never been used. Thats why I found it while searching for something else. Those were the days when I was doing a lot of sewing.

Twin needles, fancy machine stitches, lace and ribbon - what a beautiful use of your machine's options. So sad we hardly ever use them nowadays. You made a beautiful caddy!!

Yes it is a pity we don't use them as much, and the newer machine have lots more than the Janome 8000 had too. I also made a couple more of these for gifts as well.

lovely!! I don't find things like this when I tidy up. Are those pintucks in the center section? What went in the two pouch looking parts? Goodness - really lovely - thank you for sharing.

Twin needle with cord under fabric in centre section. Any bits and piece such as scissors threads etc when sewing in pouch parts, It is designed to go over the arm of chair when sewing. Thanks
