I'm so upset! I posted another day that I got hurt my shoulder at work. I'm claiming work cover and today I discovered that the company stated in their forms that I got hurt because of my embroidery business! How can I trust some people nowadays? I thought they were my friends...Please, pray for me that I win this battle. Thank you for listening, I had to vent!

I will be praying for you - seems strange that anyone would think that you would get hurt because of your embroidery business - what do they think you do? Hehehe!

Only if I embroider with a vacuum cleaner, that is how I got hurt, lifting a heavy one. I just can't believe this is happening to me.

I hope your shoulder gets better soon.

A spool of thread is getting much heavier than I remember.

Hugs, Bonnie

They probably are your friends but that all changes when it comes down to money. They are trying to get out of paying you. I'm sorry you are having to go through this.

Yoriko, so sorry ti hear this. There are many people here who have small embroidery businesses and I have never been aware of anyone complaining that they have hurt themselves while embroidering. The one exception is when fingers get sewn up and this is accidently. I have not worked in a small place for years but I have seen people not treated well and it causes great hurt

Caroline-san, it is so sad that people you trust can do something like this. Thank you for your support. Hugs, Yoriko

I don't know of anything relating to doing embroidery that would cause injury unless you sew your finger maybe. Sounds like someone is trying to shaft you.

Seems nothing is fair in this world today Yoriko. I do know that companies will do everything in their power to prevent workman's comp and lieing is what they do best. You need a good atturney my dear. No way are you going to have bursitis because of embroidering. You are in my prayers/Lillian

These people are not your friends - for true friends do not lie and cheat another friend out of well deserved payment. May they review their injust report and rectify their errors. Hope you will be able to settle this for your own sake. Hugs and flowers to you. (ps. I have been embroidering for 3 years now with a broken back - this you should point out because it has not affected my ability to embroider!!!!) Embroidery does not cause broken bones, bursites, sparins or anything else.!!!****

Does not make sense. If you decide to go with an attorney try looking for one that has worked on medical cases or is maybe a doctor or nurse who went back at got their law degree. Here in the states we have a lot of these, but I don't know if you do there or not. Good luck, we are thinking and praying for you. Keep us posted.
