I am looking for flames. My tennis group would like me to put it on their skirts. Free if possible.

Many thanks

Ann

Meganne I really like this font. I don't need it for anything special, but if you want to do for DBC, I for one would love to have it.

Not meaning to up-stage meggane's generous offer, but I have found a free download of "Fire Font" embroidery design set from Buzz Tools - just choose the format you need and download! A little different style than meggane's but still nice.

It might be a free d/l, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to d/l any of the alphas. I tried the fire font--- then thought OK I'll try a different one and still nothing!????

There is a message that says Carol's website was closed down in 2003. Maybe that is why? I would like to know how to obtain the alphas also...there are so many:>)

OK - I figured it out. When you click on the link, the page you get has "home" at the top on the right - click on that - then it takes you to the home page, on the left is a column, scroll down to "free stuff" and under that you will see "free Embroidery Designs" - then on the page it takes you to you'll see where it says "new designs" - scroll down a bit and you will see "archived designs" - 3rd one down on the left is "alphabets", click on that and you are there with all the different alphas - good luck - have fun!

I also tried again and did not see a download area so I went back to this page:http://www.buzztools.com/sharing/collections_share_p1.asp?group=Embroidery%20Designs -- see Main Page link below - Go there first - then scroll down and click on "Alphabets" then on this page click on the "Fire" Alphabet -- this should get you to the page so you can see a box that says "Select a format to get the design" - use the drop down to select your format then download. Hope this helps!

I think there is something not working right at this site today. I tried several different alpha, and other designs and none of them came up to even look at.

I was finally able to get into the alphabets by typong in buzztools.com in my browser space. It brought my to the main page and from there I went to free designs, and then alpha bets. I hope this helps others!! There seem to be many to choose from, and I have never been to those pages before;>) The Patriotic alpha is really neat!
