It is vinyl - like the kind they use to make furniture covers, etc. I use the next to heaviest one at the Joanns in the clear views I make from MooseBStitchin.
Thank you. Yes - vinyl from the fabric store. It comes in many thicknesses for different uses. This one is probably a medium weight/thickness.
