July 30th is more than 30 days notice. If only 30 days is required you may be able to re-negotiate your current lease. It is better to move in to the house that is going to work for you, and this may not be it. Hang in there!

Have you gone and looked at the new house? Maybe it isn't as bad as you think. This is an awful situation for you to be in. You may have to put some of your things in storage until you find a place to live. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Lucy, God has it already worked out! When a door is closed, another one is open! Know that God has already prepared a place for you all.
