Ok I hope that I don't regret asking this But here goes: Because I am selling things with embroidery designs am I supposed to make a list of the designer's? I mean where a specific design comes from? & am I supposed to put labels on these things too?

Oh dear I hope we don't have to do that, we will need an extra library and administration and extra time to do so. Hugs, Gerry

No, you don't have to do that. It's nice to give the information when you upload a project here, but you don't have to put labels on your items.

I did craft shows for several years. I always made sure the designs were ok to sell but I never put a label on saying where the design came from, only my price tag and my logo.

I noticed a few days ago that Sonia Showalter posted a free download to print out and attach to projects you sell with her designs. I thought this was very thoughtful and that way she designs the label and what info she wants listed. Perhaps other designers should follow suit if they require labeling. Kay

Thanx for asking, I am sure others as well as me wanted to know, but were afraid to ask, cause that would me if we do a design on someones shirt, for example, we would have to have a tag stating where we got the design! Thanx again, Hugs, Judy
