I am concerned, that I have not heard from my daughter, in 5 days.They will be in----- a couple more days,until Tuesday ,according to their iteniary.It is not like her to not check in with us. Last news S-I-L was sick, maybe she is too??? I even took my phone with me this morning and left it on, during service, in case she tried to phone.Nothing...

Sometimes phone service is wacky from overseas. Hope that is all it is. I know this is scary for you. Thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Keep us posted on what you find out.

Don't panic! Number one rule is not to panic. They are busy and it's hard to communicate some times. Just keep praying. I will too. Don't let your imagination run away with bad thoughts. Remember God is in control.

I know first hand that phone service while on the road is unreliable at best. Yes 5 days is too long, and you can tell her that when she calls! Hope that has already happened! Live Laugh Download Stitch!

It is Sunday night here, about 8:30 am Monday morning there, I hope she calls b/4 I go to bed. According to her schedule, Monday is a free day for them, to sight-see,shop,etc. and Tuesday they will start the bus, train, flight home. One member of the group did call his wife a day ago.He just said he wasn't comfortable visiting 2 villages they went to.He didn't elaborate, except to say, it was too many people. I don't know if that meant it was hard to try to teach that many, or he felt threatened/unsafe by the lg number. He didn't say if any more of them were sick. She may be thirty-something, but I will give her a piece of my mind, when I do hear from her!-T

As a mother we always worry about our children no matter how old they are. Praying all is well and that they just don't have access to a signal for phone or internet.

Tootgie, please don't worry - more than likely - the phone service was bad and if she wasn't feeling well - she wouldn't have been able to deal with getting to a place to call. So far - they have been in our prayers - that has helped - so we will continue and when you hear from her - I know you will be thankful for what she has to tell you.

Hi, Toogie, I'm hoping you have heard from them by now, and that all is well. Something like this worries a mother immensely, but most kids, no matter how "old", are nonchalant about keeping in touch, even when close to home! Probably all is well, and they are busy, or no phone signal available, depending on their location. Prayers going out for your worries to be alleviated soon!

I hope you have heard from her..but she may be to busy or the service for her phone may not be good. You should be seeing her soon and she may not call because of that..They don't even think that we worry..

Yes! Oh, I am so sorry.They are O.K.-I thought you would see my other post here with my denim guy (grandson).I updated about them in that post. She called me late yesterday. They started their 1st leg home, on a train in India, about 8;15 our time last night. As we speak, they are on a flight to London. Should arrive at 4:30 am our time, wed morn. Won't be home until midnight, our time Wed Night. I know they will be tired and having been sick,to boot. My daughter did say they had a Dr. come to the hotel, to treat them,dehydation and stomach problems, not her, but her husband and the pastor. I am sure she will have loads of pics and things to tell.Thanks for all your prayers and your concern,too.Again, I am so sorry,I thought you saw yesterdays post-Hugs Back to Ya!-T
