UPDATE ON JOSHUA
As I write this Joshua is having his second surgery in Johannesburg. I am not coping very well as we will soon know if his foot has to be amputated. I have spoken to Josh this morning and he is being so brave. Thank you all for thinking about us. Sarah.

Oh my goodness Sarah, I am sorry to hear now that there is a chance he might have his foot amputated! I can only hope that the surgeons will be able to save his foot. You stay strong sweetheart cos your daughter and Joshua need you!!!
